• An early-90's boiler room management style
• Sales scripts which are always 'perfect', but always change
• Always business-casual dress code though 100% of work is phone
• Forced harassment of car dealers, (some called 2-5 times per week!)
• Hours of unproductive sales meetings/yelling sessions
• Constant berating of employees by yelling/threats/emails
• Inferior service which trails other competitor offerings for less cost
• Sales focus in script on minute details of no interest to dealers
• An abusive, seemingly bi-polar CEO who micromanages sales
• No HR
• An atmosphere of fear, low morale, and uncertainty
• A company philosophy where learning about competition is heavily discouraged
• A company policy where seasoned employees are forbidden to help others
• Fast, unhelpful training program where you feel ignorant for first few months
• Sales quotas are barely attainable; bonus levels rare
• An environment where verbal abuse of employees is constant
• A sales philosophy which is outdated, intrusive, and aggravating to potential customers
• Seasoned employees have high residual income, so lower stress
• Newer employees have a hit-or-miss opportunity to make sales
• Short (1-week) sales cycle, little opportunity to improve as in a month cycle
• Constant roller coaster: usually takes 2 weeks work to make quota every-other week
• Constant threats and fear of losing your job
• Unhappy sales force
• Pie-in-the-sky promises, but only realized for long-term employees
• Little to no diversity in sales force; minorities need not apply
• Constant over-your-shoulder management
• A market which is saturated with better equipped, friendlier competition
• Investment in an outrageously expensive new building, higher sales goals to pay for it
• CEO lords over sales force from upper level, yelling down at workers like a ship captain
• Most divisive, negative, and unhealthy sales environment I've ever encountered
• I'm only here for the salary, small monthly residual, and occasional commission
• Contrary to some reviews, most employees in sales and support disrespect CEO
• An extreme arrogance with management that only they know how to be successful
• Reluctance of management to adopt new sales ideas
• Constant reminders that only a 'few' built the company; no respect for all employees
• Seasoned employees can't leave because of high residual income/ nothing else
• Uncertainty made me second-guess my home and new car purchase
• Worst place I've ever worked, but I stay until I can find something else
