Pros

Great benefits package Generous amount of PTO and strong work-life flexibility Supportive teammates and positive team culture High level of autonomy with minimal micromanagement, allowing employees to manage their work independent Great place to start your career Excellent work/life balance

Cons

nfortunately, the company has not hired additional staff in DigAd in over two years despite multiple employees leaving or moving into new positions, and those roles have not been backfilled. As a result, workloads have increased significantly for remaining team members, creating an environment that often feels overworked and under-resourced. There is also a strong emphasis on upselling new products, while some existing products and processes could benefit from additional improvement and support. Additionally, many requests in the dealership environment are treated as high priority, which can create a constant sense of urgency. This often leads to employees having to shift focus frequently and manage competing priorities, making it difficult to effectively balance ongoing responsibilities. Constantly want us to upsell new products, but other products still needs improvement. Everything is considered urgent in the dealership world, and honestly it is annoying because its never urgent, so now you're scrambling to address an issue meanwhile you still have 1,000 things to do.

Pros

Competitive base pay, benefits, and good product market fit.

Cons

Management rules by fear and intimidation, hand in hand with HR to create a Gestapo culture here where you’ll constantly have to look over your shoulder, or you’ll be on a PIP regardless of attainment. They hand them out to anyone who doesn’t drink the coolaid. Mid-managers are previous sellers with no leadership skills. Office space culture of having multiple managers to report to while they do nothing and you do everything, while they blame you if the client has a bad day.
