Pros
Other employees are nice, easy to bond with. Not that hard to get hired.
Cons
Longer than normal hours for below average pay. Signed on as a customer service rep, was promised a review and salary increase after 90 days, then was told at the 90 day mark that if I wanted to make more money I would have to sell services. Owner is a bull in a china shop, always verbally abusing the entire staff and only cares about himself. Business model is broken, few clients stay on board after their initial contract is up. Very high turnover in the staff, everyone gets burned out from the treatment quick.
