Avoid Like The Plague

Pros

Other employees are nice, easy to bond with. Not that hard to get hired.

Cons

Longer than normal hours for below average pay. Signed on as a customer service rep, was promised a review and salary increase after 90 days, then was told at the 90 day mark that if I wanted to make more money I would have to sell services. Owner is a bull in a china shop, always verbally abusing the entire staff and only cares about himself. Business model is broken, few clients stay on board after their initial contract is up. Very high turnover in the staff, everyone gets burned out from the treatment quick.

Pros

There is absolutely nothing good about the "job". Karen Bradley is nicer than Sean but Sean's horrible attitude and demeaning temper outweigh any possibility that there could be any positives.

Cons

I don't think there is enough room... just DON'T work here, he bribes his employees to put out good reviews to counter the negative ones, he is rude (called people names and homophobic slurs) tries to be intimidating and is just a downright materialistic jerk. He used to be in trouble with the law and thinks he has a "rags to riches" story. I can't imagine anyone being able to stand working with him for more than a dew days. Just don't work here, save yourself the time and trouble, literally ANY OTHER job would be better than one with him.

Stressful, Unstable and Disorganized Workplace

Pros

The work was interesting and the other employees were friendly.

Cons

This company is disorganized and mismanaged. Employees are constantly being mistreated, either through the rigid workplace environment or through verbal harassment including character defamation and threats to their employment. Not surprisingly, turnover is extremely high, with very few employees staying longer than 6 months. No health benefits are offered, holidays are extremely limited, no sick or vacation time is offered, and there is rarely room for growth. The company's ethics and values are questionable at best, with the company constantly severing ties with multiple partners and many of their clients. There is no official HR department, plus there is an open office floor plan, so there is no privacy between employees and management, and no privacy between coworkers.
