      Pros

      Learned the bulk of my skills here. CTO and senior developers were very knowledgeable. CTO constantly pushed to adopt new technology. Management was not doing well initially but they all got together to bring positive changes. Owners were great. Assertive but always reasonable. They treat their developers well. Always had positive interactions with HR.

      Cons

      Pay was on the lower end. Sales workers and project manager always seemed so stressed and therefore, were not pleasant to deal with at all.

      Pros

      I am one of the original employees of his company. Let's just say I remember when we had 5 total people. Now we easily have over 140 with all DEP companies combined. This last year we have had explosive growth. I actually don't even know everyone's name! The owners have vision and unmatched passion. What I love most is ownership came from the dealer side of the business, so they understand dealers. Sometimes as developers we do not.

      Pressure!!!!! Deadlines!!!! And did I say pressure?
