      Great place, lots to learn.

      Pros

      -Hands off management. -Much to learn. -Knowledgeable teammates who were easy to get along with. -Coffee machine is cool. -Coworkers from other departments are easy to get along with. -Didn't experience any drama. -Lots of company parties. -Manageable workload. -Cafeteria filled with snacks and drinks (though you do have to pay!). -Located in a nice, quiet area. -Managers very open to feedback, and quick to implement changes. Sadly, I had to leave for reasons beyond my control, but I have nothing but great things to say about DEP and everyone there.

      I couldn't really find any during my time here! Sometimes it was a little too quiet, though.

      Good insurance. That's about it

      Cons

      Literally everything else. They are cheap and don't pay their devs fairly. I came in with 6 years of experience and I was earning starting pay. Their tech stack is outdated. They try to only hire new developers so they can underpay them because they don't know any better and because of this the quality of their product suffers. I am convinced the only reason they are still afloat is because they pay their devs so little.
