It is a permanent work-from-home set-up.

Cons

The job is simple, but they would love to complicate things. The environment is toxic and the leaders don't know how to motivate their agents to become better. They don't care about their employees, but they love their clients. They will send to all that they appreciate all that you do, yes because you are nothing without us. The queue is horrifying. If it would go on avail, they would ask some agents to log out, which means that the avail won't last that long. They don't intend to give you any free time to even smile lol and because of that, agents will get drained. They have mandatory OverTime without a special rate. You may have a salary package that would include a paid leave, but guess what, you can't use it that easy. You need to find somebody that would work for you while you are out. If they are happy with you, may have an out-of-this-world reward--an extra 10-minute break that you would need to ask permission before using. Oh, I forgot, lately, you need to ask permission if you will go on break or lunch because of the queue. They don't want you sitting for 3 minutes without a call and they call you family.
