Too Much Sexual Harrassment

Pros

Some supportive coworkers who will stand by your side and be there for you during times of crisis in the office.

Cons

Sexual harassment is rampant. Employees here bring unprofessionalism to a new level. What is considered “okay” for employee behavior at Deallus would have resulted in termination anywhere else. Senior mgmt. doesn’t do anything because the employees are “valuable assets” to the firm. Principals (who only have enough experience of a mid level role at any other firm) are more concerned about reversing the company’s plummeting sales than they are about maintain any modicum of professionalism in the office.

Pros

Some individuals that shine held back by mediocre management

Cons

A once highly successful organisation with an unparalleled culture, since the leadership changed and the company was bought has gone from bad to worse to no-hope. The senior team consists of the blind leading the deaf, who are obsessed with measuring rapidly deteriorating performance whilst ignoring their burning platform business model. What were once respected employees treated ethically and rewarded fairly are now mere numbers who are being jettisoned to please remote investors who don't know or care about what running a people business means. Join this organisation at your own risk - it's highly likely that it will be defunct in less than 2 years.

Clients beware!

Pros

If you join soon you can get a front row ticket to the continuing implosion and declining sales of a former 'rapid growth' company. Anyone thinking of an MBA or similar business degree could certainly use this as a case study.

Cons

Plenty - not least that we have a rapidly declining workforce and have replaced the 'headless chicken' CEO with one of the founders of the company. In theory that sounds great, but the problem is he hasn't been involved in the business in any significant capacity, for well over 5 years. Frying pan and fire spring to mind.
