Overtime is flexible as is time off if you request in advance or have an emergency.
Cons
They think they pay well, but it's really not super competitive pay. They also don't have any formal channels for discussing compensation or requesting a raise nor do they have annual performance reviews (because you could leverage that for a raise), which is uncommon for a firm this size.
