      Small firm focused on healthcare Fellow workers smart and great to work with

      Cons

      Lack of vision has hurt their reputation in the industry Leadership at the top late in transitioning where the next focus of business should be directed Decisions are made without listening to others in leadership even though input requested

      Pros

      Mager is a stunning person to listen to talk, however he had no actual concept on how to follow his vision through

      Cons

      HR was non-existent. Waunn was never in the office and favouritism was the rule. There was no support, no training and unless you were personal friends of Waunn and Mager, there was no hope of advancement.

      Claims progressive informatics. Once was authentic informatics leader not any longer. Lost honest vision.

      Cons

      Horrible orientation. Places staff on projects with encouragement to support then cut throat team members undermine with intention to promote self and co-conspirators in sakes aka executive relations. No air support. VP staff outrageous
