Below average pay with no structure for raises. No clear career path. Very poor communication between departments. The health insurance is the worst. $15k deductible for families. They used to give money towards that deductible but the amount is slowly decreasing and will eventually be $0. Coverage in general is bad. insurance seems to pay for very little. Morale is low and safety is a concern. Rumors of some departments getting substantial raises has people ready to walk. Employees are quitting at a high rate and they are unable to hire enough due to low pay and poor benefits.

In 2022 they appointed a new president and he has no clear path, except to take away from the employees. We have an HSA that has a 15K deductible for families that started in 2023. They have a match for what you contribute, but if the smallest medical procedure is done, it wipes out the funds fast. Very poor leadership when it comes to connecting with employees. Difficult place to work. They show very little support to their managers and employees. Safety has become a huge issue at this company, but rather than hold more meetings and training with employees they spend time trying to organize the assembly shop, trying to impress a supplier.
