Congratulations to the HR persons who left the company. For the remaining HR staff, do not hesitate to run away. Otherwise you will be part of a self destruction project to serve the goal of one person.

Salary and social insurance conditions. Competence of some collaborators

Cons

No vision, projects can be changed, killed, or come back from the limbo on a whim without rational. This is argued to be "flexibility" but you quickly realize that this is completely erratic and with no sound basis. Arrogance and unpleasant behavior of some collaborators and very poor middle management skills. This was at least the case in my department, where the turnover rate was very high. This turnover rate should have raised questions to the management, but it seemed that this was not the case. Team work is somehow promoted until you really need it... and you realize this is just theory.
