      Pros

      Remote work and I can't think of anything else. Some people were nice.

      Cons

      Please avoid this place at all costs. I have never worked somewhere worse in my life. They micromanage you to death and also change policy's every minute which makes it impossible to meet their goals. Its also very confusing to be micromanaged so much when mgmt changes every month. Randomly get Easter off but not MLK day...says all you need to know about the CEO. They are vindictive people as well. I would not wish this company on anyone.

      Some fun activities. They offer benefits.

      Cons

      Management really doesn't care about you. Here today gone tomorrow. HR is a joke. She has no idea what she's doing. Executive management perfers not to listen to employees and issues they find doing their jobs. Always production but never wants to give you tools to do it effectively. Talk about giving you opportunities for growth but really doesn't support that either. They get you in the door on potential but really they don't care to see you grow. Really sad, it could be a really great company, it just needs better management. Too much turnover.

      Opportunities for growth on site is available.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, poor leadership and bad management style. No accountability by upper management. Consistently making changes with little to no notice to the employees. No growth opportunities for remote employees. Toxic work environment due to the work culture and the favoritism towards on site staff versus remote. Leadership does not embody the own values that the company has set.
