Out of all the companies I have worked at, DebtNext is by far my favorite. They want you to have a work life balance, and genuinely care about their employees. In addition, they have managed to hire an awesome group of people, that I absolutely love working with. In addition to an awesome work environment, they also let you work from home when needed.

I've been with DebtNext Software for 7 years and have had a great experience. I started in a project management role and have since moved on to my current position on the product team. DebtNext has provided me with multiple opportunities to learn and grow as a professional. The organization is constantly evolving, and senior leadership allows employees to identify and execute on ideas that will help our clients and the company. If you have the intellectual curiosity to want to learn how things work and the ability to identify improvement opportunities, this is the place for you. Being a small company, we have a very collaborative environment where teams have to work together to solve problems for our clients. This is a place where everyone knows your name and each individual contributor has a real opportunity to impact company success. From a personal standpoint I can say that the work-life balance is the best that I have had in my career, and the hybrid work environment allows me to work from home when needed. I would recommend DebtNext to anyone that is interested in making a real impact on the company that they work for.
