      No professionalism whatsoever, insane micro-management skills

      Pros

      - Few team members are amazing but very hard to find. - The projects are complex and fun to solve.

      Cons

      - They have tools to micro-manage your work. - Most of the managers act like owners of the company, and, rude and disrespectful comments are pretty normal. - Unrealistic goals, no appreciation. - You can say bye to your work-life balance

      US employees shouldn’t expect much

      Pros

      My manager was great, and co workers are generally decent people to work with.

      Cons

      Benefits were the absolute bare minimum and are not on par with the consulting industry. HR should really be based in the US so they could actually understand US labor laws. There were many situations this year that skimmed illegal.
