Pros

Bell is forward thinking, atleast that shall keep the ship floating.

Cons

There’s management that shouldn’t be there. Lacking EQ is a real problem and HR is friends with them, so obviously voices will not be heard.

Rewarding Work in a High-Performance Environment

Pros

The biggest advantage of working at Decision Inc is the amount you learn in a relatively short period of time. The variety of projects, technologies and customer engagements means no two days are the same, and you're constantly exposed to new challenges that help build your experience. There are plenty of knowledgeable people across the business who are willing to share their expertise, making it a great environment for anyone who enjoys learning, solving problems and continuously developing their skills

Cons

Because the business operates at a fast pace, workloads and priorities can change quickly. It can sometimes be difficult to find enough time to adapt or step back, reflect and celebrate achievements before moving on to the next challenge. The environment rewards people who are adaptable and comfortable working through change and does not necessarily work well for people who need highly structured environments or a more predictable pace

Pros

Decision Inc is one of the few places where your growth is genuinely linked to your contribution, not your tenure. If you are ambitious, enjoy solving complex problems and want exposure to talented people, clients and leaders, you will find plenty of opportunity here. The pace is fast, but that's also what creates the learning curve. I have seen people achieve in a few years what would take much longer in larger, more traditional organisations. The business trusts people, gives them ownership and creates opportunities for those willing to step up.

Cons

The pace is fast, expectations are high and there is a strong culture of accountability. That won't suit everyone, particularly if you are looking for a more structured or slower paced environment. However, if you thrive on challenge, ownership, continuous learning and the opportunity to accelerate your growth, you will find the experience incredibly rewarding.
