Pros

The idea behind Decision Lens is solid. They have some level of execution and some public sector customers that might be building blocks. Technology makes sense on many levels.

Cons

Corporate Culture is the worst that I have seen for back stabbing, People are not valued unless you have the right click. They have a very high turnover rates in many areas. They are not transparent in how they approach anything, people are guessing then playing catch up. They do not follow through on their commitments.

During this time, we did have a problematic manager that was harmful to our culture. Many employees spoke up giving the company the opportunity to correct. Happy to report, we are years past this issue thanks to our awesome employees. Having a flat organization with a culture that supports values of passion, honesty and competence is a top priority for DL.

Our biggest pros are our company culture and awesome team! Our leadership team stays engaged in the business by actively engaging in the field. All of our executive team is assigned several customer accounts in the role of Executive Sponsor. As an Executive Sponsor, they attend meetings and engage with our client champions regularly. You will also find our CSO stepping in regularly as a pre-sales engineer and our CEO attending several sales meeting a month. Communication across departments can be challenging as everyone is focused on their role and function. We have a lot of cross interaction among our client facing departments. We have processes in place to keep everyone in the loop and support collaboration! At DL, we all work together to be successful. Our product is constantly evolving as we work to bring more and more value to our clients. We have clients who have saved $100M using Decision Lens in their first year. We believe the value that we bring is critical.
