Pros

There are no pros...Only a long list of cons

Cons

1) Zero work life balance. 2) You are expected to work 14-15 hours on daily basis. 3) I treat my maids better than what these people use to treat their employees. 4) No policies..no rules...totally Lala Company. 5) No benefits-- No PF, No travel allowances. You are expected to come to office on weekends too. Even, they will ask you to come to office on national holidays like Gandhi Jayanti, Republic day and Independence day too. 6) Very poor infrastructure in the office...They will make u sit with 50 other people in an office size of 500 square feet. Chairs are so poor that you will end up having backache. 7) No separate washrooms for males and females. 8) No meeting rooms. 9) Very rude Senior Management. 10) Join this company if you want to ruin your personal and professional life!!

Don't expect any support form HR . They are just puppet for Sr Management. Office Space is not there. 5..No Separate Toilets for Male and Female. 6.CEO is more concerned about Office Carpet rather than its Employees. 7.Parking Space is not available . 8. They dont hesitate to call you in odd hours . 9. Politics is Favorite among Senior Management (Good Cop and Bad Cop)

Pros

I can think of following pros- 1.Exposure to Retail Business in depth 2.Great bunch of junior Folks 3.Flexibility to work on different Tools 4.Less reporting work and more adhoc work 5.Thankfully they pay salary in time 6.The pay is slightly above industry average but they dont give any benefits

Cons

This a long list 1.Bad Management- The CEO dosent respect his employees. He hardly Communicates with them (interacts only with 4-5 people). The other founder is dominates the floor and has lot of Mood Swings. He some times acts like employees are his enemies. He dosent care for people's life outside office and is propagating this culture among other senior management. 2.High work load. Distribution of work load is not good. Always working on unrealistic timelines.Clients have gotten the habit of this delivery scene. 3.HR is just a Puppet. They dont do anything on their own.Everything has to go through CEO and CoFounder and they block what dosent suit them. 4.They fool people in interview.Company dosent deliver on what is promised in the interview. 5.The work is okay. I guess one can find this kind of work everywhere. The projects are not planned. They directly dive in to work and Cofounder tries to put his hand in everything.PMs have little sense and flexibility to guide the team. 6.Office Space is very bad. Dirty carpets, Bad Chairs, One washroom for whole office, two meeting rooms always occupied, They eat food in meeting room. 7.Some times leadership will not give complete information just to manipulate people working on project. They always play blame game and make others accountable for any mistake. 8.Very poor culture. They say flat hierarchy but it is not. What ever leadership says becomes 'lakshman rekha'. They are not open to ideas and any change that might remotely effect them. 9.No new initiatives. They run company like it is their household. No benefits. One has to wait for months for reimbursement.Very tough to survive
