Pros

Decision Tech is a great company to work for, with very smart people all aligned to the same goals, and an open and approachable management team. Management invest heavily in culture and working environment, which helps to make Decision Tech an enjoyable place to work. There are plenty of opportunities for personal development and training, and the work is interesting and challenging. The recent Moneysupermarket acquisition signals a new, exciting era for the business, and is testament to the strength of the team and technology underpinning everything they do.

Cons

The working from home policy is restrictive (e.g. you're not supposed to dial into meetings).
