Pros

The job is flexible, there is a lot of freedom, PTO, decent benefits. The job is easy enough and people are nice.

Cons

Huge disconnect in communication, people at the top claim to want to listen but they don't, you can be stuck in the same role for a long time, pay doesn't increase annually.
