This company may abuse you

Pros

This company taught me the value of my work, which wasn't 30% under median salary in my area as the principal engineer at a technology company. This company provided a problem domain to learn machine learning through the notional process of placing trains on rail in a 2D projection of a 3D space limited to a corridor lens of view under an optical model in functional programming.

Cons

The owner of this company may verbally abuse you behind closed doors. The owner of this company may tell you the ML code you wrote doesn't make him money. The owner of this company may not give you well defined software requirements, or really any requirements at all until you mess up projecting into the 2D space with regard to a notion of orientation he didn't invent, and then tell you it wasn't obvious to you because you didn't go to college (but he did) and reduce you to tears. Once you're crying, the next step is to write down your thoughts and take them seriously. We solved the projection after he let me work out our shared notion of orientation with regards to the switches. The owner may make strange comments, like, "do you ever think you only go for men if you can't get yourself a woman"? This is just what I remember right now. I quit due to abuse at the company. I was poor though, so if you're rich with a college degree I bet he won't abuse you because you're a *real* liability.
