Excellent Paid Training on Business Management
Pros
They run a pretty tight ship here. The first 2-6 weeks were pretty easy, spent as entry level, learning the basic pitch and getting comfortable talking to people. The next 6 months were more rigorous. As Account Manager, I ran 2nd round interviews every day, learning how to hire qualified people. My production in the field increased because I knew how to have better conversations. I also trained and motivated my team to get their production done as well. The manager really takes an interest in your career growth. This is not like other jobs where you're just there for the paycheck. They really want you to grow professionally, so they recommend books to read, have regular daily and weekly impacts, and give you opportunities to speak in front of people. This will definitely make you more outgoing.
Cons
Your paychecks don't start coming in until after 3 weeks, but after that, you get paid every week. They use ADP, so I've always got paid on time and I've never missed a paycheck.
