Predatory management with illegal pay practices

Unpaid setup and takedown of tent (illegal) Predatory management Blame for their poor marketing and leads Tent and equipment takes up your whole car back seats and trunk unless you have a truck or a 7 seater suv No compensation for driving to far site they assagined you randomly Withhold your income for no good reason No break (illegal) Incorrect pay (illegal) Wants you to have insane skillset (sales and technical) etc for min wage

if you aspire to make little to no money while you sweat out in the sun all day, this is the Job for you.

Cons

-Unprofessional management -Will manipulate you to slave for their company. -Expect 0 reimbursements for anything you do. (They don’t care) -You’re not telling customers that plans automatically renew. (That’s where all the bread and butter is for these guys) -You’re taught to literally harass customers till they feel forced to say yes.
