Pay, job site is a phenomenal group of people to work with

Cons

Lack of communication from Project Managers, no continuing education reimbursement, no funds to help with maintaining certification or license fees (job requirements).

Pros

If there was one Pro I would list it but I cannot think of one.

Cons

No support from company. The staff would not listen or try to help and basically told me to look for another job. I left me job after being there for 10 years because of this company. The CFO basically wrote us all a note to either accept the position as is and quit complaing or leave. Company took over and underpaid all of us breaking up the whole team.
