Pros
You can see that few devisions still put a pure heart into this company. You can negotiate a great salary if you can sell yourself. No control all based on trust. Director rolls are available to unscholarly people.
Cons
Old fashion interview style. Elbow mentality especially in the lower paid positions. All my direct colleges did irritations to the company but especially to the director.
