They expect too much and pay too little!

Pros

Company culture isn’t bad, company goals are to become 100% paperless, job is not too difficult, good experience for college grads which will lead to better recruiting jobs, lots of opportunities for entry level office positions, nice offices. Most offices run 8-5 or 9-5 with weekends and holidays off.

Cons

Pay is SIGNIFICANTLY below the market range for the position, offices are located outside of the city they represent to save money. They expect you to have a college degree but don’t even pay you enough for you to afford living expenses and student loan payments. In the interview you hear about bonuses and raises but they set the goals you need in order to get either of those so high you can’t reach them so they never have to pay you more than the crappy salary you have. It’s all about numbers, but they set your goal so high you never can reach it. If you do reach it, it’s because you’re doing work beyond your job duties and working unpaid off the clock OR hiring people who aren’t even good workers. Recruiters have to hire 200+ people before they are able to earn a living wage (still below the market pay) which will easily take close to 2 years or maybe even longer depending on which office you’re in. By the way, their health insurance plan is a fixed indemnity plan...if you need health insurance and you want it through work, you should probably look into fixed indemnity plans before you apply. They are awful. The PTO is garbage too. Vacation and sick are in one group and it takes forever to build it up. Turnover is high for a reason here.

Pros

My branch manager and co workers were the ONLY reason I stayed at this job for so long.

Cons

Horrible pay next to minimum wage for office work, very cheap, they push numbers, they don't care who you hire as long as your numbers are good, good work is never recognized, they want you to do so much for a very low salary. Corporate is a JOKE. Please take my advice and don't work for this company. You will regret it.
