I was very satisfied with my collaboration with Dedicated. This is a company that specializes in DevOps and builds teams of trusted people — working here was comfortable, pleasant, and clear. I appreciated that there is no unnecessary bureaucracy, payments are always on time, and there are also bonuses and equipment provided for work. They genuinely invest in development: covering education (such as Udemy courses), AWS exams, and other training ideas. They also provide insurance and other benefits, which creates a comfortable working atmosphere. Importantly, the company truly cares about people: in my case, even when a client was reducing a project, Dedicated honestly informed me in advance and tried to keep me. Overall, this is an honest and reliable employer. I enjoy working here and planning further cooperation with them.
Cons
The only thing to keep in mind is that some projects may be relatively short-term (from 4 months or more). However, the company always informs about this in advance, so even this aspect feels like part of their honesty and transparency rather than a drawback.
