      Bottom level employees are good people

      Cons

      You will be Micromanaged and Managers are are toxic to employees. Yelling, screaming, belittling, are par the course. You will be expected to perform the job of multiple people Pay is far beneath industry standards

      Pros

      The pay is decent for the area. The hourly workers and some office staff are great people.

      Cons

      Management, they all go in circles and know everything. This company hasn't gotten up to date with the times. Working from home strictly frowned upon, giving poor work life balance. As long as you are friends with HR, your performance & doing your job correctly doesn't matter.
