Pros

Jobs were easy, if you dont like over time dont worry unless you are on the paint line or presses you will never be offered over time.

Cons

Just about everything you can think of, low pay, very expensive benefits, zero production incentive so no bonus pay, worst and most pathetic hr, and qc I've ever experienced in a job, neither care about their jobs mostly spend the entire day whining about the job than anctually doing it, I'd see qc maybe once a week and usually just very briefly. Most of the people that work at dee zee are full of themselves...yes mark that means you most of all, quit lying about your life, no one believes you beat up people, or save children on a weekly basis, and no one is trying to bang your wife ok? Grow up. Also Andrew fired your wife that made me laugh.

Pros

Able to get a decent wage if you are wiling to do 3x the work as others. Great job to get experience in manufacturing, because they will hire ANYONE. Cons fresh out of prison, foreigners, total idiots. Last I knew they hired through temp agencies (QPS most recently) if you're interested. Most duties are very easy, basic labor/loading and unloading, sanding, labeling for entry level positions. So easy it's pathetic that the majority of the people that get hired can't do it. But I guess those people don't care anyway.

Cons

Supervisors don't care. No attempt to supervise, they force all duties on the line leads, and stay in their office all day. Line leads do the work of 3 people, every day, at least on the powercoat line at P Hill. Last I knew, people on presses were working 12 hour days, for over a year, 6 days a week. Forced overtime, told within a couple hours of leaving for the weekend, that you needed to come in Saturday. They would hold management meetings on Thursdays and "forget" to tell us they need to work Saturday until the last minute. Unsafe working conditions, if OSHA knew everything they did, they would shut them down instantly. The owner has let his children take over most duties for the company, and they don't care about the employees at all, they have been expanding the company, but sacrificing quality and employees in the process. The owner is a good guy who does infact care about the employees, but he doesn't play a big role in the company anymore.

Pros

No pros are you kidding?!

Cons

Horrible place to work. Very dishonest HR office. Doesnt respect people whatsoever. Lowest pay for the job in the area and they dont even have the correct manpower to complete the job they have created for themselves and expect you to take care of everything for them while they pay you ridiculously low wages and make you work overtime but dont offer voluntary overtime theyll even have you work in bad conditions with worn out machines because they dont have a worthwhile preventative maintenance plan for their cnc mills. When faced with these issues they will try to ignore you or silence you. The only way they have a high rating is because they infuence it dishonestly. This business behaves like Hillary Clinton. Stop deleting my reviews and be an honest business.
