Pros
Remote working and some good people.
Cons
Ruthless and dictatorial CEO and Leadership. Stay clear from this company if you value work life balance. They appear like an awesome company but are only concerned about going to IPO next year and everyone is collateral damage for the CEO. People work unrealistic hours and weekends with little to no recognition. The CEO barks orders at people threatens dismissals. The financial performance is masked and the work is very manual with lots of errors during payroll because people work long hours and do things manually. They talk Deel Speed which is just a phrase coined to over work people.

Opportunities to grow and progress + hard working culture and genuine care for others. Loved my time at Deel.
Cons
Sometimes work volume and expectations can feel overwhelming but with the right frame of mind and a good work/life balance, you can thrive.
