      Pros

      Deemsys gives you real ownership. As a Strategy Manager, I’m involved in decisions that actually impact growth, clients, and delivery. Leadership is approachable and open to ideas, and there’s trust to work independently without micromanagement. You also get good exposure to international clients, which is valuable.

      Cons

      Processes are still maturing, so things can move fast and change quickly. Workload can be heavy during busy phases.
