Pros

The technology is as solid as they come.

Cons

*Have note defined market space *Crowded space with little (if any) GTM strategy *C-suite has turned over 100% in less than a year *C-suite will do as they please with no regard for anyone *My way or the highway approach to everything along with deep (pun intended) roots in micromanagement. *Look at the amount of turnover

Pros

- Good middle-management - Colleagues in team will do anything to support each other

Cons

- Entire business is silo'd - There is absolutely zero sense of culture at DI - No sense of being in one team - Cross department work is frustrating with finger pointing and lack of ownership - Development can never be wrong - Too many product bugs and backlog of fixes - Zero exposure to companies growth plan - Zero recognition for the people doing all the work at this start-up -
