Pay is good, job is simple. Most co workers are cool

Cons

Startup & small company. Everyone in the office is very “clique-y” and gossipy. The guards are often left out of office events (parties, luncheons etc) If you are vocal about disagreeing with management they will fire you without question. Happened to multiple people.

1. Early Stage company that requires multitasking but doesn't feel draining 2. Developing the maturity of a larger company, these are coming in quickly.

Work 8 hours paid 8 hours lunch is included in the 8 hours.

Cons

They do not let you take your lunches until almost 6.5 - 7 hours into shift. Everything is ranked by seniority so unless you have been there forever you will not get the shifts you want and you are prone to scheduling changes each week. Leadership is also given by seniority so the people who lead are not qualified to lead. They are leaders by title not by verb. The management team informed us that the CEO is trying to find another company to buy this one out because its is on the cusp of tanking due to competition.
