Pros

Nothing except that you would learn how this CEO of Deep thought Tarun Ayitam is fooling students and their parents by dream selling

Cons

CEO -The CEO Tarun himself lacks humanity and treats his employee worse than an animal like they are his servant. He just care about his work to be done which is mainly providing support to St Mary's college by giving them teachers, etc whom he hires in the name of data scientist or developers but they do mainly teaching and if you don't provide professional teaching then you would be asked to leave or terminated even if you are tech giant just like two IIT guys who were removed because they focused on tech more. Work and life condition- College requires teachers not Data scientist or developers and Tarun(CEO of Deep thought) provides it at cheap rate to support declining condition of college at deshmukhi, Telangana. The declining condition can be understood by the fact that Deep Thought employees are made to stay in classroom which is converted into halls compacted with around 10 beds and made to eat at place which is kitchen or store of mess. And many buildings of MBA, MCA, electrical and mechanical are now empty. So, they provided some empty spaces to Tarun for his employees stay and useless work. Time and energy wastage -Many times you would be made to stay awake till 11pm or 12am or more at office only and do writing of something which you already know so waste of time or mostly you would just listen to useless talk of Tarun(CEO) himself. Plans and insult by CEO - Tarun the CEO doesn't care about his employees respect and just cares to win students and their parents trust by fooling them with his plans of useless activities and claiming that they became developer, etc. He generally shouts at his employees even to those who tries hard to follow him and can start scolding or shouting at you at any place like on road, in front of students, in their classroom, in bathroom, in your bed, etc. He can even make you stand on ground or road and make listen to his useless talk for an hour or more and would even ask you to write. Privacy and timings- There is no privacy because he himself generally stays at one of your hall and from around 6am only he starts talking loudly either on phone or with his employee which disturbs your sleep already and from 7:30 am you are made to wake up forcefully and Tarun himself shakes up people to wake up. However time is from 9:30 am to 7:30pm but I already explained in "time and energy wastage". When he doesn't continue his useless lecture till 11pm and you come back at your hall after having dinner then he generally comes back again to stay at one of your hall and again gets involved in talking with his employees. Salary - There is no guarantee of salary because I asked many about their salary and some told I got one month salary even though I worked for 2 months after my training period, some said I worked for 3 months but got one month salary, some worked for 4month but got 1 month salary and some even worked more than 3 months but got nothing. I myself worked for 13 days after my training period of 37 days but got nothing even after asking the CEO Tarun myself which I knew.
