"The Worst Company with worst people inside"
Pros
At first when you join the company, you will see it as a flawless company till you actually starts working on your profile and face people who hinders you badly.
Cons
1. Big religion war inside the company. 2. Old people does not want new to work on anything creative 3. you never know who will trap you where 4. You just cannot believe anyone there. Neither your colleagues nor the senior management 5. Always remember whatever you are doing.. its definitely not worth it.. because nobody will value it. Reason is you are not a pet of old people. 6. Even officer cadre has got good hands on the top management. how please apply your mind to understand the "how" thing.Even you are in a manager cadre, still be prepared that you can be fired any day. No matter whose fault it is.. but have to leave the work with absolutely no reason. So, if you are going to join there kindly do daily updates of your resume to portals...
