One of the worst companies you could ever work for

I'd be surprised if there were any pros to working here, because as far as I'm concerned, there aren't any. Don't make the same mistake I made and stay away from Deephaven Mortgage. Trust me, I should know.
Cons
Employees aren't provided with any training whatsoever, but management expects us to be able to accomplish complex tasks, work long hours without making a single mistake, and completely understand our responsibilities with zero support. Every question I asked was often ignored or answered with sarcasm, every mistake I made was heavily scrutinized, while every success I had was unrewarded. Work-life balance is terrible. Employees are assigned overwhelming workloads, given unreasonable demands to meet, and often expected to work way past their shift without being provided compensation in return. Management doesn't respect your boundaries at all, so separating work from your personal life can feel impossible at times. Employees aren't compensated fairly. We're overworked, exhausted, and burnt out all the time from having to meet ridiculous expectations every single day, but the pay we receive doesn't reflect that at all. Even if you've been with the company for years, you won't see a single raise to your salary, or even an opportunity to be promoted.
