Pros
- Heavy focus on RnD and lots of knowledge - Management will provide any tools needed to do the job - Monthly company events to hangout - Management truly does care about their employee's
Cons
- Owner is in charge of every aspect of company. Little trust in employees. - Poor business model which has led to a number of layoffs. - Follow orders or get out. - Lack of emotional intelligence at management levels. Leads to chest fisting and shouting matches. - Personalty types up top only respect engineering minds. Other perspectives are not welcomed. There's a reason why engineer's don't run the world.

You will learn a lot of technical skills as it relates to products associated with the oceanographic industry. Employees with initiative usually do well here.
Cons
Rewards will lean more toward gaining work experience rather than a high salary.
