Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working here. Any recruiting agency such as Robert Half and Appleone should be ashamed of themselves for placing individuals here. Shows that these two recruiting agencies can care less about the employee and more about the commission on the hire. Making DPG a gold mine for these agencies do to the high turnover.

Cons

Short and to the point: The typical workday is 10-12 hours. The culture is very toxic. The owners can care less about you as an individual and more about what they can get out of you before you quit or get fired. They’ll have no hesitation to cuss you out if you make a simple mistake. Crying because of the job is a normal occurrence amongst employees, due to the terrible mistreatment. Speaking with colleagues is discouraged, and the business systems in place are a mess. While I was there (it was short), 20 people got fired or quit. DPG is in multiple lawsuits with former employees and clients as well (look it up). Overall, stay as far away from this place as you can.

Pros

Most reviews are completely true! Coworkers can be amazing, even though they probably won't be there for long. You will never be bored, because you'll be losing your mind with the ever constant changing of your position/duties/timelines/expectations.

Cons

The owners (especially female owner) are completely unprofessional and nuts. You better have a strong self worth to work here because she will try her hardest to beat you down and make you feel worthless. And you can NEVER do anything right. You will be yelled at. You will be humiliated. You will constantly have your job threatened for doing exactly as you were taught. There is no supportive management, because they have all only made it that far by fending only for themselves.

Pros

Excellent benefits, generous time off, good coworkers

Cons

The company is owned by a husband and wife who are very unprofessional in their treatment of their employees. The wife particularly will yell at and insult their employees. Employees that quit can be slandered. An employee who was overworked, and quit after she was called in earshot some very derogatory names, was said to have a "drinking problem" after she left.
