Pros
There are absolutely no pros to working here. Any recruiting agency such as Robert Half and Appleone should be ashamed of themselves for placing individuals here. Shows that these two recruiting agencies can care less about the employee and more about the commission on the hire. Making DPG a gold mine for these agencies do to the high turnover.
Cons
Short and to the point: The typical workday is 10-12 hours. The culture is very toxic. The owners can care less about you as an individual and more about what they can get out of you before you quit or get fired. They’ll have no hesitation to cuss you out if you make a simple mistake. Crying because of the job is a normal occurrence amongst employees, due to the terrible mistreatment. Speaking with colleagues is discouraged, and the business systems in place are a mess. While I was there (it was short), 20 people got fired or quit. DPG is in multiple lawsuits with former employees and clients as well (look it up). Overall, stay as far away from this place as you can.
