      - Talent Acquisition and hiring process was top notch - On-boarding was in par with top companies - Great coworkers, Enthusiastic and kind - Benefits - Bonuses despite the "cons" (maybe that's a cons)

      Pros

      Where to begin, let's start with great leadership. Their founder/CEO is a talented guy with a vision. He is very hands-on in the best ways and sets the tone for a healthy, progressive atmosphere. They offer lots of support to advance your skill-set, education, and career in general. The comp and benes are strong and the staff consists of a lot of bright, talented people who have been very friendly and helpful during my time here. Almost their entire current clientele, I am confident this company will grow, the future is bright here.

      Cons

      The only POTENTIAL downside is that the majority of employees are 100% remote meaning you have no in-person interaction for what its worth.

      Pros

      * Budget for home office, learning and advancing your career * Dedicated time to up-skill and learn new things * Great peers to work with and discuss Software Engineering * Management and team not only talk about best practices but truly aims as much as possible to follow them * Opportunity to work across varied tech stacks and different domains to learn from

      Cons

      A potential negative for some would be working as a consultant. Working across many projects across different companies and not within a dedicated one may not be ideal for some. Personally I've been enjoying it so far and really do enjoy the people that work here.
