Our CEO has commissioned a ‘red tape challenge' in Dstl to look at how we can simplify all our processes. We want people to feel confident to challenge potentially unnecessary processes and bureaucracy and help identify possible solutions. Our Transformation and Business Improvement teams are leading on this work.
