Pros

None. Can’t think of any!

Cons

Customers are angry and take it out on us. Get a lot of calls from the kids of senior citizens that were talked into putting thousands on a credit card when it wasn’t needed. Very crooked business practices. Left because I couldn’t take hearing how the company I worked for was screwing the ppl I had to help. Managers and execs are too high up and don’t have to help customers that are irate bc they were lied to and/or conned!!

ok pay and benefits nice people to work with

It seems to be a lot of passing the buck on escalated calls. There is a whole team that take escalated calls, but they would avoid them and keep passing them back to you. They get paid extra for the work they should do it. You leave feeling stressed out over someone else's work, but not their pay.
