Pros

Great money. Great benefits from thrift savings plan, life insurance, health, lots of lots of PTO. Nobody bothers ylu as long as you do your job and the customers are the best customers i have ever dealt with!!!! 9/10 are absolutely amazing.

Cons

People dont care about their jobs and you see it in how they work. After the one year probation its kind of difficult to fire you so people do not do their job and it really shows. There is NO room for advancement by all costs. It is nearly impossible. Also lifting all those boxes and standing on your feet and picking up so many boxea really weara you down. Its a hands on job and you need to be able to move fast and pick up some heavy boxes (im also a girl lol)

Pros

Decent benefits and schedule. There was always something to do. Customers were awesome, for the most part. No tolerance for profanity or violence made you feel safe.

Cons

Some of the people were self entitled dictators workout the credentials to try and throw their weight around. Some management needs relations classes, add they didn't treat people with respect.

Pros

Money, sick and vacation time is good.

Cons

There is no room for growth. Retaliation is there especially when you make complaints about something the boss said that was out of line. No permanent full-time positions, and people are doing work that is not apart of their job description. They also pick and choose who they want in a certain position, not the most qualified.
