- Hire lots of interns and entry-level employees (crapshoot of quality to save $ on payroll & exploits people who don't know better about healthy work cultures)
- Outsource lots of work vs structured for internal strategic alignment
- Company focused on tried and true tactics of what works but not open to bigger, innovative thinking
- Outdated PTO structure (be more flexible, grant more sooner, etc)
