Pros

There's a big sliding door in the kitchen break area. About it really.

Cons

Cannot retain talented designers and technical personnel. If you try to do the right thing and try to honestly help a client, the management will throw you under the bus and insult you. The executive "leadership" only help themselves.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry you had such a negative experience at D6. The Roll Up door isn't the only open door at D6. We pride ourselves on transparency and openness and I hope that anyone at D6 would bring such concerns to the Executive team. I am very proud of our managers, and creative and technology teams. We always strive to put the long-term success of our people and clients first, and for that, I am proud. I wish you the best of luck. Jeff Katz, CEO

Pros

Dog friendly - that is literally the only pro.

Cons

This review is for the digital agency in Atlanta (not NY). This company does not value deep discipline expertise so they are not really good at anything, they are not even mediocre at anything - which includes creative design, user experience design and technical development, basically the minimum of what you have to be good at in order to run a great digital agency. They give work away so it takes four times a long as it should to complete a project and that results in zero margin or profit and overworked employees. The leadership runs the business like a fraternity and they put the interests of the frat ahead of what is best for the business, the agency, it's clients and it's employees.

Pros

Deep tech talent, particularly in web development.

Cons

No clue how to compete with strategic shops that drive brands and business results. Treat employees like crap.

At DEFINITION 6 we pride ourselves on putting our employees first and treating them with the utmost respect and gratitude for the work that they do every day. Without our fantastic employees we would not be where we are today with high customer retention and growth rate. I look forward to the continued evolution of our teams, award-winning execution and client outcomes. I invite anyone reading this review to come visit our Atlanta or NYC office to get a better sense of who we are, how our people work and how we help our clients succeed. Jeff Katz, CEO
