      Pros

      Great team and Opportunity to learn from them, very appreciative. Salaries are great when there are project, as I heard. Immediate seniors are cooperative.

      Cons

      Salaries can be average or below, depends on project like any other service based company. Lack of compensation for overtime not even appreciation from management. Only good for freshers and those who have room to learn.
