      If you need experience in the IT industry this is the place to learn a Lot of things.

      Cons

      There's no work/life balance, Your life is dega, if you do something wrong it does not matter what you have done right in the past You are fired and they do it through the backdoor. The leaders need classes of how to manage a team and there's a lot of micro-management.
