      - Reported incidents of racism and sexual harassment to owners without any action - Racist statements made from owners - Frequently lied to clients about their experience and time spent on projects - Billing clients for unpaid interns work - Extremely hostile work environment created by owners

      As Chief of Staff, I pride myself and Deksia on taking matters such as racism and sexual harassment very seriously. Neither myself nor leadership are aware of any incidents reported, or what may have been interpreted as racist or a sexual harassment incident.       Digital projects are hands on. Digital Director is brilliant.

      Cons

      Sales hungry individuals in the C-suite. A driven group. Unfortunately 1 of the 3 is unstable, and is willing to spend money on amenities/outings before considering the ability to maintain the current staff on payroll.
