      My direct team are cool.

      Cons

      Everything was great until our last CEO left. Now instead of pushing for member service, corporate pushes for sales. Now we're a mini-Wells Fargo. It's gotten so bad we're now forced into train with a "Motivational speaker who just wastes hours talking a lot and saying very little.
