They also stop viewing their managers as people. There was a point where "passion, integrity, efficiency, courage, and excellence" were a legitimate creed within the company. that all went down the drain.
Expected to work ridiculous hours. Your life takes a spot in the back burner. It's absurd. Lots of strenuous demands and really, no reason for it.
