Pros
There weren't many pros other than a diverse work place.
Cons
Low wages with no bonuses or tips or any financial improvement. The job description says they offer career development and in fact there aren't any developmental trainings or areas to improve in your career. Management is all over the place, theres a high employee turn over rate and they act like no one wants to work when in reality no one wants to work in these conditions. When working at the front desk, you're expected to stand all day, wear specific clothing, high personal maintenance including your hair and even your tone of voice. Employees who work alone at the desk for 8 hours don't get a break because management is strict on the "someone has to be at the front desk at all times" policy. This also includes not being able to go to the bathroom when needed. Both management and corporation aren't involved with its staff and often times you cant preform simple customer services to guests without management being present. There also isn't a reliable and sanitized break room. Im speaking from experience to help someone reading this truly understand your role and what it may be like for you too.
