The areas that the firm practices are very broad -- commercial, personal injury, environment, family, and real estate. Lawyers at the firm are very approachable, smart, and diligent, so if you want to learn about litigation practice, Delaney Law would be an ideal practice to start and/or develop your legal career.
Cons
Work assignment to law clerks is unpredictable, as it might be at many litigation law firms. Depending on their schedule, some law clerks might be very busy with many assignments, while others might be less busy.
