Pros

I worked as a law clerk at Delaney Law for about one year. As a law clerk, I had many wonderful opportunities to learn about litigation practice. The areas that the firm practices are very broad -- commercial, personal injury, environment, family, and real estate. Lawyers at the firm are very approachable, smart, and diligent, so if you want to learn about litigation practice, Delaney Law would be an ideal practice to start and/or develop your legal career.

Cons

Work assignment to law clerks is unpredictable, as it might be at many litigation law firms. Depending on their schedule, some law clerks might be very busy with many assignments, while others might be less busy.

Pros

Really great coworkers, lots of clerks with good questions and enthusiasm for the law. Interesting cases.

Cons

It was a difficult time health-wise for the principal attorney and that affected the boutique firm.
